Oak Street Technologies Jobs SQA Engineers:
Oak Street Technologies requires SQA Engineers to develop and execute software test plans to identify software problems and their causes. They will also design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
- Developing manual test cases and making QA Testing Reports
- Designing and developing test suites for software functional and performance testing
- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities
- Documenting, reporting, and addressing application bugs with the help of the software development team
- Participating in the document and functional reviews along with test specifications
- Experience of working in an agile environment is a plus.
- Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
- Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
- Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
- Strong knowledge of DB, API, Web, and mobile application testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT
- 3-5 years of QA experience in a reputable software development company
- API Testing knowledge
- Sound knowledge and practical experience of manual testing in a software environment
- Automation will be a plus
