Job Description:
- Sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiation
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including operations, production, QA)
- Identify new ingredient sources and optimize procurement strategies
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and certifications
