Career Opportunity A subsidiary company of National Logistics Corporation (NLC) is looking for a dynamic corporate professional for the below mentioned position Factory Manager Location: Multan Position Criteria Qualification & Experience.
Preferably Msc / BSc (Hons) Food Sciences with proven minimum 5 years hands on experience in Pulp, Puree, De- hydration & Juice manufacturing in Food & Beverage Production Facility Technical Expertise.
โข In-depth Knowledge of Pulp, Puree, Dehydration & Juice manufacturing processes, equipment & technologies.
โข Working Knowledge of various ISO Certifications especially ISO 9001:2018 (QMS), ISO 22000 (FSSC), HACCP and Halal.
โข Understanding of relevant safety regulations and best practices of similar food manufacturing industry.
Job Expectation: โ Production Planning & Scheduling.
โ Process Optimization.
โ Quality Control.
โ Overseeing Machinery & Equipment Maintenance.
โ Safety Compliances.
โ Inventory Management.
โ Budget Management & Reporting regarding production and KPIs.
