Job Description
- Manage NCL’s performance appraisal cycle, liaise with line managers and employees, and ensure the timely completion of the appraisal process
- Oversee HR service delivery operations, ensure SLA compliance, and critically analyze existing workflows to implement process improvements
- Conduct TNA, develop training programs, deliver in-house employee trainings, and measure training effectiveness to support business objectives
- Identify ways to build employee morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity
- Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures
Person Specifications
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with 3-4 years’ relevant experience
- A self-starter and result-driven individual who can work in a fast-paced environment
- Active listener with outstanding communication skills
Location: Head Office, Lahore
