Position Summary

We are looking for an O2C Communications Specialist for Nestle based at our Brampton location reporting into the Manager O2C Customer Solutions. The O2C Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the Customer Service, Customer Facing and Logistics Team (CSLO) management team in all key communication and administrative activities. 

A day in the life of…

As an O2C Communications Specialist, you will: 

•    Provide executive assistance support to the Customer Service & Logistics Operations senior management team
•    Co-ordinate key activities, events and meetings for Supply Chain operations; including Town Halls, operational reviews, Customer Service Week etc. 
•    Collect information from the team and prepare Supply Chain decks in advance for Town Halls and Operational Reviews. 
•    Manage Customer Service & Logistics Intranet website. Ensure it’s up to date and accurate including updating team organizational charts and posting team success stories
•    Actively drive improvement of internal communication processes, engage team on Nestle internal communication channels
•    Assist management team with Concur expense reporting and making travel arrangements
•    Record sick days in SAP and proactively highlight trends
•    Track team’s vacation calendar and proactively highlight conflicts with support and/or major projects timelines
•    Ensure that office supplies are available to the team
•    Act as an ambassador for using new digital tools among the team
•    Act as a contact for pricing changes requests, coordinate with offshore team pricing is uploaded in the system in a timely matter, provide confirmation to the requestors
•    Maintain online customer ordering portals, update catalogues, create new user log ins. 
•    Follow up with the team on completion of mandatory Nestle iLearn trainings
•    Arrange catering for meetings and events when required
•    Assist managers with ordering computer accessories for the team and new hires when required
•    Other administrative and communication tasks as required

  • Post-secondary degree in a business-related discipline (such as supply chain or business administration) or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis 
  • Professional and concise communication with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to apply perspective, pragmatism and maintain composure under pressure
  • Project management experience to support or lead projects
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Position Summary

We are looking for a Field Service Technician for Nestle Professional based in Edmonton. The incumbent will perform on-site dispenser installation, service, preventative maintenance, site surveys, repair and service on a variety of beverage dispensing equipment at customer locations and facilities.

A day in the life of…

As a Field Service Technician, you will: 

  • Receive dispatched service call via dispatcher.
  • Perform preventative maintenance as required.
  • Diagnose and repair reported service issues and all other problems encountered, perform a quality drink check (ratio/brix), temperature and taste). 
  • Provide training to customers on the daily maintenance of the dispensing equipment.
  • Follow up with account until the service call is completed.
  • Report all service activities accurately on invoice/service orders at the completion of every call.
  • Complete and submit all other pertinent information required by supervisor/manager in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate parts and equipment inventories, keeping vehicle clean and organized.
  • Travel throughout region to assist other technicians as needed.
  • Interact with sales team, call center, help desk and other technicians.
  • Comply with Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures including proper lifting techniques, PPE. Lock Out and Tag Out.

What will make you successful

  • Secondary education diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous field service experience.
  • Working knowledge in electrical, mechanical reading schematics, measuring load and customer service.
  • Must be able to regularly lift and install equipment of up to 25 kilograms.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and willingness and commitment to first time fix and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills. Demonstrated ability to learn.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
  • Must be available and willing to participate in the afterhours on call rotation

Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst- Consumer Digital Experience based at our North York, ON location reporting into the IT Functional Relationship Manager (FRM) Marketing and eBusiness.  This role is responsible to act as the single technical point of contact for all local digital cloud solutions to support Centre or Marketing Excellence, marketing brands, and external marketing agencies.

A day in the life of…

  • Take ownership of challenging, fast-paced initiatives in a dynamic environment and with changing priorities
  • Act as the Single Technical Point of Contact for the local digital network and business partners
  • Be the point of contact for the local digital solutions (ie, SalesForce, Digital tools, social media, cloud solutions)
  • Coach and train Centre of Marketing Excellence, ebusiness, marketing brands on how to navigate through the digital solution landscape and provide clear recommendations on how to solve business issues with the existing products/platforms 
  • Support the Nestle Canada digital solution landscape and ensure IT architecture documentation is relevant and initiatives are properly integrated
  • Ensure support tickets are properly created, escalated, and follow-up with the respective teams
  • Initiate continuous improvement actions on re-occurring issues and lead discussions
  • Take the lead on discussions related to projects and initiatives that require implementation, integration, testing, and configuration or existing or new digital tools for Nestle Canada
  • Provide expertise in the area of knowledge to ensure projects are delivered on time and on target
  • Provide local Nestle in the Market (where applicable) coordination for assigned global / regional initiatives to be rolled out in the Market
    • Project implementation support for technical projects (ie, migration) and eCommerce
    • Help to implement Services; scope dependent on market business requirements
  • Ensure compliance of local solutions, systems and data to Nestle standards and policies and promote these within the local organization by:
    • Enforcing guidelines on hosting, security, privacy, mobile, and data stored by 3rd-party providers
    • Understand privacy rules in Canada and make sure agencies comply (ie, CASL, Privacy program)
    • Support for Security scans to ensure that all websites are scanned before go live and that scan results are reviewed by the security team and the Business Owner
    • Update the Digital Property Inventory with all digital assets (websites, mobile apps, social media)
    • Know where to find information with regular check in the Service catalogue, the DSU team room, chatter groups, manage access to WDP (Web Development Portal) so that the local agency can manage requests (through official GLOBE ticketing tool)
    • Provide Technical Guidelines and Compliance Standards to Agencies
    • Support Brand Website and other audits
    • Understand cloud solution governance and is able to implement actions to be compliant
       

What will make you successful

  • A University degree in computer science, business, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible experience in web administration, solution integration, content management system, internet / intranet design and development background.  Experience in technical systems analysis and implementation coordination
  • Strong experience in web development (HTML, CSS, PHP), content management (Drupal, CSS, Acquia Site Factory), and web security (OWASP)
  • Understanding of digital platforms (cloud solutions), digital technologies, ecommerce solutions, and API integration
  • Experience integrating DSU digital tools and consumer data (syndicated, first data, cookies, etc..)
  • Experience being part of initiatives that involve complex technologies
  • Understanding of domain, subdomain, URL redirection, etc… and is able to take leadership on enhancements, upgrades, and retirement of solutions
  • The ability to quickly learn new technologies, self-learning and implement knowledge successfully
  • Experience with CRMs for B2B and B2C
  • Experience working with marketing agencies on delivering product of services for marketing activities such as campaigns, promotions, website renovation, etc…
  • Experience in leading complex projects and clear understanding of formal PM methodologies, PMP, Agile methodology
  • Experience with Google GTM and Analytics
  • Previous experience with SEO tools would be an asset
  • Very enthusiastic, energetic and a technology-curious person will make you a strong candidate
