Muller & Phipps Pakistan is seeking a Business Unit Head for our Head Office at Karachi. The ideal candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale businesses, preferably in laptops and ICT products.
Key Responsibilties:
▪️ Lead the sales and profitability of the product portfolio.
▪️ Oversee the entire business unit spectrum: sales strategies, collections, principal relationships, and after-sales services.
▪️Drive revenue growth through comprehensive sales strategy development and implementation.
▪️Provide mentorship and leadership to the sales team for effective execution of plans.
▪️Manage supplier partnerships and principal relationships.
▪️Ensure smooth execution and maintenance of service centers for after-sales support.
Requirements:
▪️Qualifications: Graduate degree required; Master’s preferred.
▪️Experience: 8-10 years in a similar role.
▪️Proven success in sales leadership roles within the technology or telecom sector.
▪️Strong understanding of laptops, desktops, printers, and servers.
▪️Experience in after-sales service development and execution.
▪️Insight into market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
▪️Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
