As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented professional to join our IT team at our manufacturing plant.
🎯 Main Purpose of the Role:
To manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including networking, servers, and firewalls, ensuring high availability and reliable operation of the company’s digital backbone.
🧑💻 Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level server and network support.
Monitor and manage systems and network infrastructure for uninterrupted operations.
Support network core maintenance and maintain upstream/downstream nodes.
Ensure maximum uptime and performance of IT systems.
Assist with Microsoft Exchange server management, including mailboxes and SMTP configurations.
Participate in the design and execution of backup and redundancy strategies.
Share responsibility for virtual environment management alongside the IT Manager.
Share responsibility for firewall management, including configuration and policy enforcement.
Liaise with stakeholders for timely resolution of incidents and IT issues.
Provide IT support across all on-premises applications and ERP systems.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
Education: BS (IT), MIT, or a relevant degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in a large-scale manufacturing organization.
💡 Core Knowledge & Technical Skills:
Strong grip on networking, server infrastructure, firewall configurations, and virtualization platforms.
Experience working with enterprise-level systems and troubleshooting IT issues in a dynamic environment.

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving approach with a proactive mindset.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
