- Scheduling and mapping departmental training programs in liaison with respective department
- Efficient delivery of scheduled training and development programs
- Prepare questionnaires and conduct competency evaluations to analyze the effectiveness of training.
- Keep up to date with latest developments in the industry amend and revise training content in order to adapt the changes occurring in the work environment.
