Job Description:
- Exercise financial controls and stock count activities.
- Ensure vehicle wise repair and maintenance record, fuel record, log books and km/liter average is properly monitored and verified
- Perform fixed asset count as directed by unit/section in charge and present report to relevant in charge.
- Ensure relevant SOP’s are in practice and complied and where there is need of revision/new development of SOP then intimate the relevant departments and also develop the relevant reconciliations and aging’s.
- Assist in system and procedure implementation
- Understand special internal audit assignment requirements, attain associated information from relevant departments; prepare and presents reports
