Job Description
- The Ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or ACCA
- Have minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Job Description:
- Vetting and timely invoice voucher booking of departmental PAFs in Oracle Financials in accordance with FTAP policy.
- Vetting and timely invoice voucher booking of assigned Non PAFs payments in Oracle Financials in accordance with FTAP policy.
- Timely and appropriate replies of queries from vendors & relevant POCs for their payments.
- Ensuring Income Tax and Sales Tax withholding from payments
- Providing relevant and accurate information for daily dashboards.
- Processing of JVs for required adjustments and/or rectifications.
- Ensuring compliance of policies and procedures pertaining to Accounts Payables
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.

- Working knowledge of Oracle Financials
