BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION Supervise daily operations of the paint booth, ensuring optimal quality and efficiency. Monitor and troubleshoot paint system issues including pumps, spray guns, paint mix room & supply lines. Ensure proper maintenance, calibration & availability of all painting tools and equipment. Support the Paint Manager in planning, coordinating & monitoring overall paint shop operations. Lead the analysis and resolution of paint related defects and maintain the DPU target.

SKILLS Paint process knowledge, Lean manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen.
