Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare Purchase Requisition for Technical Machine Spare parts and to maintain minimum stock limits.
- To check and receive materials (i.e. quantity, quality, and maintaining records of the carton boxes) and intimating the same to the concerned departments i.e. production and finance.
- To send proper reports regarding inventory materials Inventories to Manager Production.
- Managing the inventory through the below measures in order to avoid hurdles.
- Responsible for giving proper information about overall stock and coordinating with the finance department for any shortfalls.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience of 1-3 Years as a Store In-charge or similar role in the food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- On-hand experience on SAP or other ERM software
