๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป Minimum Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration from an HEC recognized university.

โก๏ธ Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field/Industry.
โก๏ธ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
โก๏ธ Excellent customer service skills.
โก๏ธ Knowledge of banking products and services.
โก๏ธ Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
โก๏ธ Proficiency in digital banking technologies and platforms.
โก๏ธ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
โก๏ธ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
โก๏ธ Experience in sales and business development is a plus.

โก๏ธ To achieve YTD targets for digital accounts by driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through digital sales channels.
โก๏ธ Enhance the customer experience through professional and timely follow-ups with customers for the completion of documents and forward the same for account opening or servicing requests within the defined timeline.
โก๏ธ Ensure that KYC is completed after onboarding. Furthermore, comply with all requirements of CDD & AML/CFT/CPF regulations issued by SBP from time to time, including SBPโs Regulation-1 on Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
โก๏ธ Manage the portfolio by calling potential customers identified through marketing efforts and taking end-to-end responsibility for positive conversions.
โก๏ธ Responsible for updating customer documentation received during CDD and ongoing KYC in the MCB Islamic Bank Digital Account Portal along with the customer application.
