๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป : Graduate/Masters from HEC recognized university
๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ : Minimum 4-6 Years relevant experience.
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ
โ Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisal aligned with organizational objectives.
โ Collaborate with groups and team leaders to establish clear, measurable, and achievable performance goals that are aligned with the organizationโs priorities.
โ Oversee the performance evaluation process, ensuring timely reporting and implementation.
โ Collect bank wide performance rating on quarterly basis.
โ Conduct promotion interviews at the time of performance management activity.
โ Support in developing policy related to performance management.

โ Proficiency in MS- Office, Knowledge of HR policies and practices of banking industry.
