𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘: First Vice President / Vice President

𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗢: Group Head Compliance & Controls

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant field from HEC recognized/foreign university.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦𝗘𝗧 & 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗘

In-depth understanding of bank’s processes procedures, system functionalities and controls.
Highly effective inter-personal skills for effective coordination and follow up with concerned stakeholders for resolution of issues.
Self-motivated and self-driven to achieve objectives with commitment and effort.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory instructions and guidelines.
Good communication skills
Coordination, Planning and Organizing skills
Managerial skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘: Minimum 18-20 years of experience with 8 years in senior roles

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

In depth review of processes for identification of root causes for resulting in financial and reputational loss.
Proposing and coordinating with stakeholders for implementation of required controls.
Review of industry best practices for customer facilitation and aligning bank’s process and procedures.
Review of system functionalities to streamline the processes and controls along with more convenience for user.
Resolution the control issues highlighted by internal, external and SBP audit with defined ownership and timelines.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering performance improvement and cost reduction.
Coordinating with Training Department for practical and focused training for staff w.r.t. Compliance & other regulatory requirements.
Providing monthly updates on key improvements to senior management
