Role Overview To manage the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with taxation requirements, internal and external audit obligations, efficient cash and bank management, and effective coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders such as customers, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities

Oversee monthly and annual financial closing processes
Coordinate with external auditors for year-end account finalization and statutory compliance.
Manage final settlements, claims, salaries, and employee benefit disbursements.
Oversee approval and disbursement of all payments at Head Office and Plant.
Manage export realization processes and related accounting.
Ensure accurate and timely booking of bank debit and credit advices.
Oversee timely payments of bank profit/markup, loan installments, and related obligations.
Ensure all financial documentation is properly maintained and readily available for audit and management purposes.
Verify financial vouchers, including bank transactions and general ledger entries, for accuracy and compliance with company policies.

What we’re looking for

ACA / ACCA is preferred.
Minimum 8–10 years relevant experience in accounting, finance and taxation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Hands-on, “roll up sleeves” mindset – action-oriented and execution-focused
Open-minded and solution-driven with strong commercial acumen. Excellent communicator with ability to work cross-functionally and externally.
Ethical, reliable, and a natural team builder
Growth mindset with ability to operate in both structured and evolving environments
