Position : Business Development Manager – International Sales, North America Region (AFI Plant – Raiwind)
Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager – Export Sales for the North America region is responsible for driving the expansion of the company’s products and services in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive export strategy, identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the company complies with export regulations.
Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and strategic partnerships in the region.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring smooth transitions to the operational teams.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to manage efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the North American market, a strong track record in sales, and the ability to navigate complex export processes and regulations.
Key Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade or Marketing
Willingness to travel frequently within the North American region for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
