Maxim Agri is looking for candidates for the position of Product Manager – Fertilizers, based at its head office – Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Ensure full compliance of team with company’s HSE/Ethics policy with special focus on Product Stewardship and Road Safety in line with business challenge.
- Give regular update to sector head on new developments in the market and changing trends in the market.
- Ensure effective Implementation of Marketing Strategy through team to get best mileage of promotional spent.
- Develop products through a strong customer network both at dealer as well as farmer level and maintain good relations with related Government departments like Agriculture Extension.
- Continue to improve people capability to deliver business objectives and enhance their engagement level while inculcating a culture that encourages trust and respect.
- Ensure timely & accurate reports/competition information.
- Recommendation of the right customer and ensure settlement within defined time limits.
- Effective cost management in travelling and developmental expenses, management of cost/benefit ratio.
- Seek new business opportunities to improve market share & team’s productivity.
