Maxim Agri is hiring Assistant Manager – Sales Operations for our Sales Department based at Head office – Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing dashboards and weekly sales reports, for sales, planning and production vs. targets.
- Collaborating with the Production Planner and Procurement, Plant, Warehouse, Technical and Commercial teams to ensure product availability.
- Partnering with the commercial team to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Creating detailed business analysis on problems, opportunities and solutions.
- Analyzing market trends to keep up with changes in the distribution landscape.
- Supervising sales support function, and analyzing insights.
- Analyzing and reviewing customer/product-wise sales reports of respective commercial segments.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE/ethics policies.
- Ensure effective coordination with supply chain department and external customers to achieve the business objectives on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Conduct monthly meetings for support functions.
Other Skills:
· Proficient in using MS Office Suite, Tableau or Power BI.
· Experienced in preparing executive dashboards, and Analytics.
