Job Title: Assistant Manager Maintenance
Qualification: BSc. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Having at least 3 years of experience in any reputable organization related to Feed
Responsibilities:
- Develop an ongoing process of consistently reviewing maintenance activities to identify and implement cost reduction initiatives.
- Responsible for oversight of maintenance supervisor and maintenance technicians.
- Responsible for monthly machine down-time and reduce it by pro-active approach.
- Supporting the Maintenance team by undertaking site maintenance activities.
- Schedule and perform routine preventative/emergency maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Ensure the use of safety rules and procedures, appropriate equipment and proper work techniques.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure proper and safe operation.
- Hand on experience in Electrical troubleshooting, PLC, control circuits, VFD and a wide variety of mechanical system repair.
- Respond to emergency conditions, using good judgement, and make the appropriate repairs.
- Diagnose and repair defects in a variety of mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment.
- Must be Familiar with process of Feed Mill and related equipment.
- To handle/lead the shift as shift in-charge.
