Area Sales Manager

As the Area Sales Manager this role will be responsible mainly for:

• Growing retail sales of Rice, Maize & Specialty Fertilizers
• To build and strengthen farmer network and relationship
• Effective distributor management

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in implementing sales plans aligned with business objectives to drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities.
• Lead the sales team effectively to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Effective distributor network management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Experience: 3-5 Years with an Agri company dealing in Rice or Maize (Some Fertilizer experience will be a plus)

Requirements:

• Prior strong experience in Distributor Network Management.
• Strong customer management skills
• Must have strong communication skills
