Area Sales Manager
As the Area Sales Manager this role will be responsible mainly for:
- Growing retail sales of Rice, Maize & Specialty Fertilizers
- To build and strengthen farmer network and relationship
- Effective distributor management
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in implementing sales plans aligned with business objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities.
- Lead the sales team effectively to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Effective distributor network management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Experience: 3-5 Years with an Agri company dealing in Rice or Maize (Some Fertilizer experience will be a plus)
Requirements:
- Prior strong experience in Distributor Network Management.
- Strong customer management skills
- Must have strong communication skills
