Job Description:
As the Executive Administration, you will be responsible for managing various administrative functions within the company, with a primary focus on employee transport and pool car management. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of transportation services while overseeing administrative tasks to support the organization’s daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee employee transport services, including scheduling and coordinating transportation for employees to and from the workplace.
- Ensure the efficient utilization of company pool cars and other transportation resources to meet employee needs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to transport management to optimize resources and enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and agreements for transportation services.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles, ensuring they are safe, compliant with regulations, and properly maintained.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and providing support to other departments as needed.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Administration.
