WE’RE HIRING! Senior Executive E-commerce

The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our online sales performance by managing day-to-day ecommerce operations, optimizing website performance, analyzing customer trends, and driving growth across all online channels.

Role Description:

• Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across ecommerce platforms.
• Monitor and ensure smooth order processing, stock synchronization, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with IT, marketing, and logistics to resolve technical or operational issues.
• Conduct A/B testing on product pages and campaigns to improve conversion rates.
• Track key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.) and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with SEO/SEM teams to optimize website rankings and paid campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns across all digital touchpoints.
• Ensure accurate tracking of promotions, coupons, and special offers on the website.
• Manage product listings and order fulfillment on marketplaces such as Daraz, or Shopify.
• Monitor third-party ecommerce channels and partnerships to increase revenue.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure quick resolution of ecommerce-related issues.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO/SEM practices.

Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Relevant Experience: 03 to 05 year relevant experience
