Requisite Qualification & Experience:

• MBA/BBA Marketing with minimum (03~04) years of Sales experience, preferably in paint or retail Industry.
• To establish and achieve sales objectives by formulating and implementing sales plan for area/region in support of national objectives.
• Building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities developing existing customer base in line with sales objectives.
• Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
• Strong Interpersonal, Communication & presentation Skills
