Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors or Master degree in Computer Science or IT
- Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in managing corporate networks, including LAN and wireless mesh technology, multi-vendor firewalls, UTM filtering, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of active directory, office 365, MS exchange server, DHCP, DNS, corporate antivirus solution, backup solution, virtualization (Hyper-V\VMWare), and vulnerability assessment.
- Other Skills: Ability to solve complex hardware, network and system issues and user support queries. Updating of network equipment to the latest firmware releases and extensive experience in delivery of IT incident and problem management.
