We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team at Plant Site, Mianwali.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- D.A.E Mechanical with 10-12 years of relevant experience as Control Room Operator for operation of High Pressure Coal Fired Boilers.
- Efficient operation of High Pressure Coal Fired Boilers and associated auxiliary equipment.
- Ability to regulate boiler & auxiliary equipment as per operational requirement.
- Should have deft hands in dealing with critical plant scenarios especially start-ups, shutdowns and emergency conditions.
- Deeper knowledge of all equipment related to Coal Fired Boilers system like Coal Mills, ESP, Bag Filter house, Fans, Crushers, Belts etc.
- Able to identify equipment problems, report abnormal conditions and document properly using logs & records.
- Able to read and interpret basic drawings, PIDs, technical specifications and operating manuals.
- Thorough knowledge of boiler feed water chemistry & its treatment.
- Annual Inspection of boiler internals, its pressure parts & assist maintenance teams during major overhauls.
