Requirements: MBA marketing from a reputed Institute with at least 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preference will be given to individuals having FMCG experience)
Responsibilities
- Increase company’s customer base.
- Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, forecasting expenditures, and managing sales force to ensure that the sales team meets their assigned targets.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and devising advertising campaigns.
- Handling customer queries with pre sales and after sales services.
- Effective implementation in coordination with various departments of the company to achieve overall corporate objectives.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements.
- Develop & maintain exemplary relationships with Institutional Clients.
- Effective decision making after analyzing sales, costs and end results.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with highly effective negotiation power.
