Position Opening: Manager Sales & Marketing-Lucky Milk

Requirements: MBA marketing from a reputed Institute with at least 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preference will be given to individuals having FMCG experience)

Responsibilities

Increase company’s customer base.
Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, forecasting expenditures, and managing sales force to ensure that the sales team meets their assigned targets.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans and devising advertising campaigns.
Handling customer queries with pre sales and after sales services.
Effective implementation in coordination with various departments of the company to achieve overall corporate objectives.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements.
Develop & maintain exemplary relationships with Institutional Clients.
Effective decision making after analyzing sales, costs and end results.
Excellent oral and written communication skills along with highly effective negotiation power.
