Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Market Development Executive in the Hygiene Chemicals segment for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets through strategic planning, including new account research and acquisition, utilising sector expertise and market insights.
• Cultivate relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory, taking the lead in building rapport.
• Monitor competitor activities, analyse their effectiveness, and prepare defensive strategies accordingly.
• Establish and nurture business relationships with key decision-makers to advance the business objectives.
• Collaborate with the team to develop customer training and education programmes.
• Strategise daily, weekly, and annual objectives and activities to optimise customer engagement and effectiveness.
• Utilise CRM systems to continuously develop all sales activities, such as managing the sales funnel.
