Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth plant operations with strong on-site field experience.
- Monitor and control plant parameters via DCS, effectively managing emergencies when they arise.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for job planning and preventive measures to minimise breakdowns.
- Coordinate and escalate during breakdowns to reduce downtime.
- Build collaborative relationships while fostering team engagement.
- Take independent decisions on parameter deviations and equipment-related issues.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in operations management, troubleshooting, and process plant operations.
- Strong understanding of work instructions, SOPs, ISO standards, and engineering components.
- Effective planning, organising, and communication abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office with excellent interpersonal and presentation capabilities.
