Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Development Agronomist for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Research Development in-house Trials:

• Conduction of In-house trial as per agreed plan and outlined protocols in Sindh.
• Submit the report of continued trials whenever required to line manager.
• Trial Data compilation and brief summary/findings on each trial & report after trials completion.

Business Development Support:

• Developmental trials to explore new opportunities and niche markets for existing strategic products.
• Complaint Handling – (Attend to address product complaint with coordination of Sales team).
• Coordinate with sale team for conduction of demo’s trials of new products.

Government interface:

• Relationship with key govt. officials of Sindh agriculture department for Product recommendations of all strategic products.

Sales Support Activities:

• Strengthen technical base and brand image of LCI products – (Participation in regional training &individual Sale person training identified by management/concern persons)
• Technical advisory services to progressive growers.
• Disseminating the product information & crop production technology through presentation in farmer meetings/field days/Seminars and in monthly regional sale team meeting of respective regions.
• Exploit technical strength of LCI at Govt. Research / Extension Department – (Product recommendation should appear in govt. publications),
• Prepare presentations and crop calendar as per requirement
• Update line manager on competition new product launch in market with complete technical information.
