Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Area Sales Manager in the Textiles – Dyes segment for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences Business based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business and customer development in the dyes sector within the Lahore region.
• Monitor and support managers in conducting meetings, developing action plans, and ensuring follow-up.
• Develop and implement a meaningful action plan with a primary focus on improving sales at new customer accounts.
• Collaborate closely with the business/function head to develop and execute effective action plans.
• Identify and facilitate the resolution of business/enterprise-level issues arising from manager action plans.
• Achieve monthly and yearly business targets.
• Monitor and manage customer orders and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure the provision of Forecast (FC) / Lost Volume (LV) against targeted product areas for the region, aiming to improve FC accuracy.
• Expand business at new customers while maintaining and adding credibility to the customer base, meeting budgeted Contribution Margin (CM).
• Regularly follow up with customers to provide excellent service and satisfaction.
• Manage indirect sales through regional dealers.
