Lotte Kolson Pvt Ltd is looking for a Quality officer to join in our Quality Assurance Department at Lahore Plant.

Requirements:
Experience: Having 2-3 Year working experience in FMCG preferably in Confectionary/Snacks Industry.
Qualification: BS/MS in Microbiology
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the microbiological quality of raw material at the time of receiving by inspection and by conducting microbiological analysis.
- To ensure the microbiological quality of Finished Products by conducting microbiological analysis.
- To ensure CCP’s control through verification of system through Microbiological analysis.
- To ensure the required quality standards are being met by testing samples, checking compliance with set standards and taking corrective action.
- To ensure the microbial quality of water.
- To ensure the hygienic environment for the process through microbiological monitoring in process areas.
- To be aware of the relevance and importance in contributing to quality standards.
