Lotte Kolson Pvt Ltd is looking for a Quality officer to join in our Quality Assurance Department at Lahore Plant.

Requirements:

Experience: Having 2-3 Year working experience in FMCG preferably in Confectionary/Snacks Industry.

Qualification: BS/MS in Microbiology

Responsibilities:

To ensure the microbiological quality of raw material at the time of receiving by inspection and by conducting microbiological analysis.
To ensure the microbiological quality of Finished Products by conducting microbiological analysis.
To ensure CCP’s control through verification of system through Microbiological analysis.
To ensure the required quality standards are being met by testing samples, checking compliance with set standards and taking corrective action.
To ensure the microbial quality of water.
To ensure the hygienic environment for the process through microbiological monitoring in process areas.
To be aware of the relevance and importance in contributing to quality standards.
