Liberty Group of Industries Jobs Manager HR :Liberty Group of Industries is looking for a Manager HR for newly established Steel business at Karachi – Pakistan.
Role Summary: We are seeking to transcend from payroll and employee administrative functions to a robust HR function that can develop and implement policies in accordance with Global Best Practices. To this end we are seeking HR professionals who are capable and willing to work towards formulating detailed HR Policies and Procedures including but not limited to Hiring, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Development of JD’s and KPI’s , Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, Employment Laws and related compliance in consultation with the Board of Directors and implementing them in an orderly manner across the group.
