Position : RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
EXPERIENCE: 7+ years of experience in retail operations or sales management
LOCATION: DEFENCE RAYA, LAHORE
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, manage, and motivate the retail sales team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all retail locations
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare detailed sales reports and performance dashboards for management
• Develop and implement sales campaigns and promotional strategies
• Ensure smooth store operations including staff performance, customer service, inventory control
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance development to sales staff
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and senior management for sales alignment
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adapt business strategies accordingly
