Position: HR Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations.
• Acts as a resource to management personnel in the areas of job design and organizational structures.
• Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Managing end to end payroll, records and relevant documentation.
• Maintaining And updating all employee records.
• Processing the final settlement of employees.
• Processing of Employee Loans and Salary Advances applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Masters in Human Resources or any relevant discipline.
• The Candidate must possess less than 02 years related experience preferably in F&B industry. Good Communication Skills, ability to delegate, Teamwork, Time Management
