Please note that it is an on-site full-time position based at our Corporate Office – Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or a similar discipline from a HEC recognized / overseas University.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in back office processing for a financial institution.
- Exposure to financial services sector (microfinance banking) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Feedback for Process Improvement
· Feedback, suggest process re-engineering & gaps in applied processes. Any other task assigned by line manager/supervisor.
Overdue Intimation Letters Processing & Interim Updates
· Ensuring overdue intimation letters processing as per set regulatory and internal process.
· Handover the OD intimation letter to mail management desk for onward dispatching to customer.
· Upon eCIB portal updating by SBP, respective desk will ensure to update the recovery detail against OD clients (as per regulatory directions and internal policy). Update the embezzlement cases detail on credit bureaus portals (as per policy).
Assist to Generate/extract various reports and prepare data required by Management, Auditors etc. on demand or at agreed frequencies.
Monitoring CIR & BB Channel File
· Monitoring the CIR processing through automator and individual exceptional request for manual processing.
· Process the manual CIR process upon any system glitch.
· Ensuring daily files upload of OMNI, MobiCash, EasyPaisa & any other channels (as per process).
· Maintain the log of respective data uploading on CBS for reconciliation and onward sharing with F&A for invoice processing.

Who are we looking for?
- Preferably Master’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Accounting, finance or part qualified CA/ACCA/ACMA.
- Minimum 4-5 years working experience in Regulatory Compliance, Risk or Audit in financial institute/banking with good knowledge of prevailing banking laws.
- Implementation of CRM Guidelines:
· To develop appropriate procedures & processes and ensure their proper communication to relevant line managers/staff at all levels to ensure that they are provided with all current and accurate information required to maintain knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, to identify areas where risk of non-compliance exists, assess/measure the nature and magnitude of non-compliance, communicate incidents of non-compliance to senior management, make effective plans to manage and mitigate compliance risk. - Compliance Risk Management Training:
· To ensure that need based training programs are designed to help spread the message of importance and significance of compliance risk management.
· To enhance the awareness of compliance risk, will arrange in-house/outsourced training for employees at different hierarchal levels. - Internal Control:
· Assisting in developing and implementing of internal Control Framework.
· To pro-actively identify and assess internal control deficiencies and make recommendations to senior management as to the appropriate classification of severity of and appropriate actions to re-mediate any deficiencies.
· Managing follow-up on internal control issues raised by SBP/External and Internal Auditor during audits. - Additional Tasks
Assisting in coordination during SBP Inspections and any other relevant tasks/assignment as and when entrusted by Management.
