Who are we looking for?
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field from an HEC recognized University.
· Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
· Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing business intelligence applications (Reports, dashboards, data visualization applications, and data extraction procedures) in the data-warehousing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- BI System Development:
· Working with business and IT management to understand and prioritize data and information needs.
· Managing and developing data pipeline to ingest the data.
· Managing and developing reports as required by business to analyze & review business decisions.
· Leading in enabling of Advance Analytics of Business Intelligence platform for business users.
· Leading a group of dedicated Data Integration and Database developers in the design and implementation of reporting solutions.
· Maintaining change management through helpdesk management system.
· Responsible for managing / sharing report development status to higher management.
· Leading for unit testing, integration & verification of reports. To ensure functional and performance requirements are met.
· Responsible for conducting user acceptance test (UAT) of in-house developed reports.
· Working effectively with Database Administration (DBA) team for the deployment of approved reports.
· Analyze all complex data and identify requirements for business enhancement
· Coordinates and training of other developers on business intelligence tools, reporting and analytic to follow best practices and data visualization techniques.
· Leading data extraction as per requirement of Audits and Regulatory Unit by understating requirement from business users. - BI Support & Team Building:
· Performing or assisting developers in the analysis and debugging of database level issues quickly and effectively. This may include coordination with additional technical team.
· Maintaining professional relationships with internal stakeholders by communicating effectively and delivering on all data needs for which BI is responsible.
