Who are we looking for?
- Master’s in Business Administration/Banking/Finance from an HEC recognized/overseas university. Certification in IBP will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of banking experience preferably relative to Governance and development of Policies & Procedures, BCP with microfinance and commercial banks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead, supervise and administrative & functional management of Governance, Policy & Procedures (P&P), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Authorized Signatory Book (ASB), Data Reporting Unit (DRU) and Treasury operations team’s activities in-line with applicable procedures, SLAs and management/regulatory requirements.
- Oversee BCP/DR drills, related SOPs for completeness & effectiveness, and BCP committee driven items.
- Supervise Treasury Operations for RTGS/settlement processing and reporting tasks. Ensure closure as per agreed timelines.
- Capability building and team grooming/training on core tasks, while improving soft/behavioral skills, time management & quality deliveries.
- As secretary Operations Committee and Head of Governance function, oversee and supervise all operational process definitions, revisions, re-engineering activities.
- Ensure final review of key SOPs, policies and circulations before submission to relevant committees/BAC for approval and dissemination.
- Oversee and define process improvement as per organizational/management priorities on key initiatives & improvement areas. Coordinate with relevant internal & external stakeholders to make available required resources for effective closure and management’s decision support.
- Coordinate with internal/external audit and SBP inspection regarding Operations Group reviews and ensure timely provisioning of required data and resolution statuses/ responses to stakeholders.
- Supervise all Operations Group related ad-hoc compliance reporting requirements through Data Reporting or relevant functional owners of Operations Group as & when requested by SBP through compliance.
- Provide guidance/support with regard to policy / procedures / prudential regulations to ensure adherence to internal & external SOPs through back office support units.
- Supervise training on processes and controls with functional owners against new/revised processes/controls and automation improvements.
- Review and value add in Banking Operations training material and assist HOD to promote continuous improvement culture across the Operations Group for SOPs and controls.

Who are we looking for?
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in positions of steadily increasing responsibility, including 1 year of supervisory experience in managing T24 CON operations.
- Minimum Bachelors and preferably Masters in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering with emphasis on ICT related subjects from an HEC recognized / reputable foreign university.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Pre-COB activities, Services on LIVE/UATs environments.
- Responsible of deploying correction/patches on LIVE/UATs environments shared by BSAS or Temenos HD.
- Responsible for T24 Applications backup & restoration on LIVE/UATs environments.
- Installation of BCON Deployment, Correction Routines & Patches at test environments.
- Co-ordination with BSAS team and provide technical support.
- Management and execution of COB processes on LIVE/UATs as per BSAS team requirement.
- Co-ordinate with T24-HD 24/7 for support related Issue.
- Responsible for T24 Test Environment Creations & Support.
- Administration, Installation & Integration of FCM with T24 on LIVE/UATs environments.
- Coordination with I.T Stakeholders in relation to T24.
- Develop, Implement and maintain all operational processes, procedures and policies related to T24 application.
- Manage and ensure changes are deployed through Change Management Procedure.
- Address and close audit findings/observations within the give timelines.
