Qualification :

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Well-versed in engineering software, Auto Cad, 3D, and MS Projects.

Experience : 6-8 years of relevant experience.

Job Description :

Duties and responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.

Establishes the work plan and staffing for each phase of the project and arranges for the recruitment or assignment of project personnel.

Confers with contractors/project staff to outline work plans and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.

Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.

Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.

Confers with project personnel/Contractors to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

May coordinate project activities with activities of government, regulatory, or other agencies.

Manages operations to facilitate the use of human and automated resources to achieve maximum productivity and profitability.

Review ongoing performance results and identify the needs of employees. Implements coaching or mentoring partnerships as appropriate.

Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement.

Communicates clearly and directly with employees concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability.

Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, processes, efficiency, and service to internal and external customers.

Responsible for quality work execution with meeting deadlines assigned by the head of Project/Management.

Liaison with design team while executing the respective designs along with demonstrating appropriate solutions in case of any ground reality challenges occurs.

Develops employees for future advancement when possible.
