Job Duties:
- End user support
- Desktop PC’s & Notebook configuration
- Hardware & software problem diagnostic & troubleshooting
- Coordination with system administration team for resolution of user log in & data access
- Maintain IT equipment inventory & visit remote offices for support matters.
