Job Description:
- Maintain the Calendar of the Group Head and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate with all the internal and external stake holders and ensure timely completion of the documents.
- Maintain all the required MIS on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensure travel arrangements in coordination with the travel desk.
We Require :
- At least Graduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good working Knowledge of Excel
- Must be very good with coordination and follow-ups.
