We Require:
- Bachelors degree in Computer science(Or equivalent)
- Must have 3-4 years of experience of implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting GENESYS, PURE ENGAGE
- GENESYS Certification would be preferred.
- Design, implement and support the multiple channel services with the contact center applications Genesys Pure Engage and AVAYA IP Office server edition.
