Education: Minimum Graduate (BSCS/BSIT/BCE/BTE/B.COM/B.A) Computer Hardware Diploma/ Minimum 1-Year Certification
Experience: 0-1 years experience in Help-desk support in corporate organization (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
Job Duties:
- Provide support to users at local & remote Offices for Desktop PCs & Notebooks Hardware / Software problem diagnostic & troubleshooting.
-Configuration/Setup of Desktop PCs & Notebooks for end users. - Completion of assigned complaints & tasks in given Turn Around Time
- Resolution of reported problems in complete manner, problems/errors must be properly diagnosed and rectified
- Keep track of IT equipment assigned to users
