JS Investments Limited is looking for an experienced professional to fill the Sr. Associate – Operations position.
Job Description:
- Preparing, reconciling, and reporting of Capital Gain Tax (CGT) data to NCCPL.
- Scrutinizing monthly CGT data, associated payments, demands, refunds, marking exemptions, and creation of UIN as per NCCPL requirements.
- Prepare & submit monthly regulatory data & SRO’s responses on a timely basis.
- To liaison with NCCPL, Trustee, and banks and maintain related records.
- Issuance of units after verification from bank accounts
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

Job Description:
- Maintain daily MIS sheet of inflow and outflow Transactions.
- Review & process investors’ account opening documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process unit management transactions, conduct signature verifications, ensure completeness of forms, affix receiving time stamps and enter transactions into the ERP system.
- Facilitate dispatch of statements to investors.
- Resolve discrepancies in the forms with the concerned point of contact.
- Maintain checklists & update list of discrepant documents.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
