The Primary responsibilities include: -Liaison with distributors for Quotations/Orders processing and invoicing. (Indent / Local) -CTP database setup support for qualification and reporting. On successful completion of primary assignment, below task will be added up as per business need: -Aftermarket direct, Service and Parts Quotations/Order processing and invoicing. (Indent/Local)
Experience requirements : – Must have mature conception of customer dealing in any sales organization. Having any experience is Plus. – Good communication and presentation skills.- Problem solving skills.- Able to communicate effectively, build strong and effective working relationships with Distributors and Customers at all levels.
Knowledge: – A good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).- Must be enough computer literate that can learn and execute online/offline database jobs as CTP/NAV3 etc. – Good command in English is a must.
Educational requirements: University/College degree – Financial/commercial administration or similar by experience, customer services
Personality requirements: – Excellent planning and organizing skills.- To have can-do & self-going & aggressive attitude.- Ambitious for quick and significant development.- A solid sense of priority, backed up by spirit of pro-activity.
