Position: Executive/Senior Executive – Supply Chain (Contract Basis)

Job Location: Karachi
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Executive/Senior Executive – Supply Chain to support planning, logistics, import coordination, and depot operations within our oil marketing company. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have strong analytical skills, and possess excellent command of MS Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily product planning and stock monitoring.
- Support import documentation, vessel coordination, and landed cost preparation.
- Help manage dispatch planning, fleet coordination, and depot operations.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist in improving SOPs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, and logistics exposure will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
