JOB DESCRIPTION: โข Lead the national sales function across GT, LMT and IMTs channels. โข Identify and acquire new customers, and drive growth within the existing customer base. โข Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail chains. โข Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals. โข Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and target setting. โข Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. โข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction. โข Drive the execution of trade promotions and retail activation plans. โข Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance. โข Mentor and develop the sales team to maximize their potential.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: โข Candidate must have 8-10 years of relevant sales experience, including experience in General Trade (GT), Local Modern Trade Stores (LMTS) and International Modern Trade Stores (IMTs). โข Must be a graduate (MBA preferred). โข Strong leadership and team management skills. โข Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. โข Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. โข Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. โข Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans across multiple trade channels.
