WE’RE HIRING! EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support the CEO with day-to-day tasks like managing schedules, emails and meetings.
• Act as a point of contact between the CEO and others, ensuring smooth communication.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations as needed.
• Arrange travel plans (Domestic & International), including flights, hotels and schedules.
• Keep track of deadlines, prioritize tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Help organize events, meetings and other office activities.
• Maintain important records and files for easy access.
• Suggest ways to improve the CEO’s daily workflow and office processes.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a graduate.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG or a corporate environment.
• Good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
