Position: 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞
Location: Korangi, Karachi

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Accurately record local and import supplier invoices in the accounting system.
Verify invoices against Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Purchase Orders, and relevant Import Documentation.
Prepare and maintain the Accounts Payable Ageing Report for outstanding liabilities, including both local and import transactions.
Process and verify import invoices, ensuring alignment with Bill of Entry, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Letter of Credit (LC) terms.
Regularly reconcile local and import vendor accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolution of disputes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and relevant tax laws.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in accounts payable or finance roles, with a focus on local and import transactions.
