Responsibilities

• Facilitate in designing Individual and Departmental SMART KPI’s.
• Develop close liaison with stakeholders in complete PMS (Performance Management System) Cycle.
• Conduct Training Need Analysis and develop Training Plans for Organizational Development to meet personal, professional and organizational needs.
• Initiate Job Analysis and Job Evaluation procedure.
• Provide expertise in developing and implementing the organization’s OD strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.

Qualification & Experience

• MBA/Masters in HR.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR-OD.
• People-oriented and innovative problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.
